Job Description
Aptech Learning, a prestigious IT Vocational Institute, is seeking applications from motivated professionals for the position of Student Relationship Officer at our Shahra-e-Faisal Center in Karachi. This role encompasses maintaining student records, managing attendance, providing support through the student portal, and coordinating various activities.
Responsibilities: Duties include creating student files, addressing inquiries, organizing workshops, collecting fees, and executing tasks assigned by the Center Manager.
Requirements: Candidates should possess strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, and preferably, experience in customer service.
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM or 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Salary: Starting at Rs38,00.00 per month
