Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is in search of an experienced HR Operations Expert to oversee HR functions while ensuring adherence to Pakistan’s labor laws. This role requires managing leave policies, overseeing the employee lifecycle, coordinating payroll, and ensuring comprehensive HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Manage leave policies and employee benefits.
- Enhance HR operations and maintain precise employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related concerns to improve employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of HR operations experience, and a strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws.
