Job Description
ASE Cold Care Facility, a rapidly expanding organization, is in search of a qualified Male Accountant. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of General Accounting Concepts and relevant experience in Manufacturing and Store Accounting within a computerized setting. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Prepare payment and receipt vouchers
- Verify control documents
- Implement Internal Controls for Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Receipt Notes (MRN) for raw materials
- Manage stocktaking and petty cash
- Contribute to monthly salary disbursements
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
Requirements:
- BBA, M.COM, MBA, or Part-qualified CMA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Aged between 25 to 40 years
