Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is excited to announce openings for enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner, resolving queries, accurately processing orders and payments, and updating customer accounts with necessary information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders and payments with precision.
- Maintain updated customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (based on performance)
Qualifications: A minimum Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in the banking sector are required.
