Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a committed Helpline Agent to join our prestigious telecom company. We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
- Qualification: A minimum of a graduate degree from a reputable university.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu (with a neutral dialect).
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Ideally between 6 months to 2 years of related experience.
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
- Shift: Rotational shift schedule (monthly).
As a Helpline Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, providing online support, following up on issues, managing Network Trouble Tickets, and maintaining detailed records. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rs. 45,00 per month.
