Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Banking Helpline Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls with a positive attitude, resolving queries, processing customer orders, and updating account information accurately.
Salary: Between $37,00 and $45,00, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
– A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative role)
– Location: Karachi (in-person work)
