Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by answering incoming customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with accurate and timely information.
- Process customer orders, verify details, and manage payment operations.
- Maintain customer account information, ensuring all details are up to date.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 monthly, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in customer service roles.
