Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to join our Karachi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing customer inquiries, providing online support for telecom services, and coordinating with the operations team for fault resolution beyond 48 hours. Responsibilities also include creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets, maintaining records of faults in designated regions, and executing special tasks as assigned during shifts.
Qualifications: A minimum of an Inter/Bachelor’s degree, with fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience preferred.
Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 37,00.00 to Rs. 45,00.00, depending on interview performance.
Shifts: Monthly rotating shifts (morning, evening, night for males; morning only for females).
