Job Description
We seek a Compliance Officer to ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments and internal audits, performing AML/KYC reviews, investigating incidents, delivering employee training, and liaising with regulators.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance or risk management
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
