Job Description
Bachaa Party is in search of a meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Executive dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in our garment production. The QA Executive will manage quality control processes from raw materials to finished products, implement effective strategies to reduce defects, and improve overall product quality. Key responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting thorough inspections, maintaining comprehensive records, addressing quality issues, collaborating with suppliers, and leading the QA team.
Essential qualifications include a strong technical background in garment manufacturing, exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proven leadership capabilities.
