Job Description
The Baitussalam Welfare Trust is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified individual for the role of Lab Collection Point Incharge. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our facility. Responsibilities include implementing relevant policies, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a compliant and productive work environment.
Key duties involve recruiting and training staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing departmental budgets. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within a medical setting, preferably a pathological lab or consulting clinic.
