Job Description
Banera Country Club is experiencing rapid growth and is urgently looking to hire an Event Manager for our location in Bahria Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess staff performance, create work schedules, and resolve any performance-related issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle feedback efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new clientele.
Skills Required: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service skills.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00/month
