Job Description
We invite you to become a valued member of the Benchmark School System as an HR/Admissions Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting HR initiatives, offering policy guidance, and facilitating recruitment by crafting job descriptions and overseeing the hiring process. You will also design effective onboarding strategies, develop training programs, assist with performance management, and ensure that employee records remain compliant with legal standards.
This is a temporary contract position lasting one month, with a competitive salary starting at Rs45,00.00 per month. Reliable transportation to Rawalpindi is essential.
