Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics, schedule and track shipments, and coordinate with carriers and customs brokers. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, resolving transit issues, and ensuring on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement and cost optimization. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of logistics or shipping experience, knowledge of export/import procedures, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Excellent communication, keen attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities are required.
