Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our sales team. This role involves managing inbound customer calls, converting leads into sales, and accurately maintaining customer records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Timing: Night Shift from 5 PM to 2 AM
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
