Job Description
Biz Outsource Pvt Ltd, a Pakistan-based travel agency, seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; handle airline ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds; provide information on tour packages, hotel bookings, and visa services; coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors; and maintain accurate booking records.
- Education: Intermediate required; Bachelor’s in Travel & Tourism preferred
- Skills: Strong English and Urdu communication, basic MS Office, customer-service orientation, flexible hours
- Experience: Prior travel agency/ticketing experience and visa knowledge preferred
- Compensation: Rs30,00–40,00/month plus performance incentives, training, and advancement opportunities
