Job Description

Brand Surge is in search of an enthusiastic Cold Caller to help generate leads and arrange meetings for our sales team. The role requires making outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and conducting follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to introduce our company’s services.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions.
• Engage with prospects for relationship building and nurturing.
• Achieve daily and weekly call quotas.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
• Previous experience in cold calling is preferred.
• Proficient in handling objections with professionalism.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
