Job Description
Brothers Construction YK (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a committed Field Supervisor to oversee our field girth weld coating crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety protocols, liaising with clients, and upholding company policies.
The ideal candidate will also monitor production levels, manage timesheets, and guarantee high-quality results across various projects. A minimum of an Associate Degree (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) and 5-10 years of pertinent experience are required. Proficient communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
