Job Description
Job Objectives: Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by adhering to operational standards while assisting Restaurant Management in achieving store targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in Dine-in, Take-away, and Delivery services.
- Consistently demonstrate and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Receive and organize food and paper stock according to established SOPs.
- Follow store opening and closing procedures as per defined SOPs.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards at all times.
- Collect and review feedback from each customer.
- Ensure uniform compliance with SOPs across the board.
- Uphold all operating standards diligently.

Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
