Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Controller (CSR) to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. In this full-time role, you will manage incoming calls from UK customers looking to book or modify their taxi reservations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating airport and local bookings.
- Processing payments securely over the phone.
- Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate department and addressing driver inquiries.
- Maintaining exemplary levels of customer service.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic; however, we encourage fresh applicants to apply. Please note, this position is office-based, and remote work is not an option.
