Job Summary:
Caresoft Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding ServiceNow solutions for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow, coupled with significant experience within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform business analysis and gather requirements for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience, in-depth understanding of healthcare operations, and ITIL Foundation certification are essential.
