Job Description
CIEL HR is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Call Center Agent. We encourage both experienced professionals and recent graduates with strong English communication skills to apply.
As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include generating leads via phone calls, engaging customers with insightful questions, and achieving sales targets by addressing their needs. Ideal candidates will possess teamwork skills, self-confidence, and outstanding English communication abilities.
This position operates on night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with Sundays off. We offer a competitive salary ranging from INR 30,00 to INR 35,00, along with an incentive of INR 2,500 for every sale, plus health insurance and casual leave.
