Job Description
Cogent Labs is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lahore. In this essential role, you will be responsible for nurturing high-level client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts successfully.
