Job Description
Collaborate Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. In this full-time position, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, which includes issuing invoices, managing billing processes, and handling collections. Your responsibilities will also involve processing and reconciling payments in alignment with our financial policies, preparing account statements, and sending timely reminders for overdue payments. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with different departments to address discrepancies and analyze data for operational improvements.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, and strong analytical capabilities.
