Job Description
Experience: We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in a reputable textile company.
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job postings and advertisements.
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluations.
- Shortlist candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and databases systematically.
Field of Experience: Only textile white-collar recruitment is relevant.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Salary: Competitive and in line with industry standards.
