Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to be the primary point of contact for clients and to lead 2–3 CS agents. You will monitor team performance, support agents across live chat, phone, and email, handle inbound/outbound communications, manage orders, returns, and product inquiries, log all interactions in the CRM, and escalate unresolved issues while collaborating with sales, logistics, and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Fluent English; excellent written and verbal communication
- Multichannel experience, CRM proficiency, detail-oriented, proactive
- Full-time, in person; pay up to Rs200,00/month
