Job Description
Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
ConnAct is seeking a talented Sales Trainer with over 10 years of experience in call center sales and employee training. In this role, you will design and implement effective training programs for our sales teams engaged in US campaigns, with the goal of enhancing performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to sales
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Evaluate performance metrics to determine training needs
