Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Sales Representative to manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person; promote products and upsell; achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs; and document interactions in the CRM. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome—comprehensive training will be provided.
- Requirements: Fluent English (Urdu a plus). Customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
- Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary PKR 20,00–50,00 (based on experience/performance), monthly target allowance, meal allowance, travel allowance for female employees, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
