Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and energetic Telephone Operator and Data Feeder to efficiently handle calls and maintain accurate records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally; maintain detailed call logs
- Enter, update, and verify data with accuracy; ensure confidentiality and data integrity
- Provide information and support to customers and internal teams; perform assigned administrative tasks
Requirements: Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in English and Urdu; strong MS Office and basic computer skills; fast, accurate typing; ability to multitask under pressure; customer-oriented demeanor.
