Job Description
Cube Discipline is looking for a highly motivated Executive Personal Assistant to directly support our CEO. This pivotal role entails managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations and reports, while ensuring confidentiality and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accompanied by 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are critical. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is required, while a Master’s degree and experience managing confidential information are preferred.
