Job Description
Dany Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in service centers within the Home Appliances or Electronics sectors.
Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing after-sales services, managing product returns, resolving product damages and customer complaints, processing warranty claims, facilitating customer interactions, and ensuring effective problem resolution. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for generating detailed reports.
