Job Description
Datasmith is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Rawalpindi office (in person). A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role involves administrative, clerical, and organizational duties, including:
- Purchasing supplies and obtaining quotations
- Asset repair and maintenance coordination
- Filing and record keeping
- Petty cash management
- HR meeting support and scheduling
- Bank inquiries regarding remittances
- Assisting staff with routine tasks and duties assigned by seniors
Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month. Applicants must own a bike.
