Job Description

Decotechs is looking for a proactive and analytical Omni-Channel & Digital Business Analyst to assist with our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing and enhancing customer journeys across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer journeys across various digital channels.
• Improve omni-channel user experiences.
