Job Description
Dejure Technologies is seeking a client-focused Chat Support Representative to manage technical inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience that supports retention. The role involves providing real-time chat assistance, delivering professional responses, resolving complaints, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is required.
- Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of chat/customer support experience, excellent written English, ability to multitask across multiple chats, patient problem-solver, and flexibility to work shifts if required.
- Details: Location — PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore. Hours — 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Employment — Full-time, in person. Salary — Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
