Job Description
At Digitech Outsourcing Solution, we specialize in providing exceptional inbound customer service to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently seeking dedicated candidates with previous experience as Customer Service Representatives, particularly those familiar with US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Address service-related questions and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain flexibility with shift schedules as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00.
