Job Description
We are a dedicated INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run 24/7, and we are currently seeking committed candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Effectively manage service inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Engage in training sessions and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.
- Demonstrate flexibility in shift scheduling for continuous operational coverage.
