Job Description

Divine Tech Solutions is on the lookout for a driven Inbound Customer Services Representative to become part of our vibrant team. This position entails managing incoming customer calls, assessing their transportation requirements, and efficiently scheduling taxi services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls.
• Assist customers with taxi bookings, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Accurately process requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
