Job Description
Job Purpose: We invite you to become a Dispatch Officer at Dot Print PVT Limited. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, planning and monitoring delivery routes, tracking inventory for dispatch readiness, communicating with drivers and clients, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, maintaining dispatch records and status reports, and providing customer support for inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics. Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office is essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
