Job Description
DynamIT Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, along with over 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance tracking and payroll support.
- Promote employee engagement and facilitate training programs.
- Draft and revise company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns with confidentiality.
- Manage office administration tasks efficiently.
