Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, aiming for a 70% first-call resolution rate. You will approach customer complaints with empathy and strive to achieve an 80% satisfaction rate.
Your main responsibilities include documenting technical issues, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least 1.5 years of call center experience. Fluency in English is a requirement. This role is based in Lahore and necessitates in-person attendance.
