Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-driven Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to engage with clients in the UK and effectively converting leads into successful surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outreach to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture and qualify leads.
- Employ CRM tools for efficient client management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, from 2 PM to 11 PM, 6 days a week.
