Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shopify Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, technical aspects, and growth of our Shopify store at Ecomfine. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless performance, manage end-to-end operations efficiently, and implement strategies that drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end functionality of the Shopify store.
- Oversee daily operations including product management, order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
- Provide excellent client communication and customer support.
- Monitor store performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Execute marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, paid advertising, and content creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of Shopify management experience.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools.
