Job Description
Elite HRSP is seeking a seasoned Building Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of building management experience and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain all building systems, supervise the staff, address tenant concerns, manage budgetary expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills.
