Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and support daily operations. The perfect candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean work environment, manage errands, and assist staff to ensure organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in the office, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Prepare and serve beverages for staff and guests.
- Efficiently manage office supply inventory.
- Assist with printing, scanning, and filing activities.
- Welcome visitors and run necessary errands.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- A valid motorcycle license is preferable.
- No formal education required, though basic literacy is advantageous.
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
