Job Description
Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and client-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to work independently during night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
