Job Description
EpazzTech in Johar Town, Lahore is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of HR activities, such as recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and compliance.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma (an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred), have over one year of HR support experience, a foundational knowledge of HR principles, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional organizational skills.
