About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly expanding restaurant management software company, and we are looking for a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Address software-related inquiries and assist customers towards effective resolution.
- Maintain data accuracy regarding restaurant menus, pricing, and staff information.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, prior customer support experience, strong computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs70,00.00.
