Job Description
Eracon Technologies is in search of an accomplished HR Executive with extensive experience in HR functions and recruitment within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent, while also managing essential HR processes including employee engagement, performance management, and policy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
