Job Description
ETS Devices seeks a detail-oriented Contracts Renewal Specialist to manage contract renewals, coordinate with vendors and customers, and keep renewal processes on track. Responsibilities include tracking opportunities via portals and procurement inboxes, gathering vendor pricing and issuing quotes well before expirations, following up to confirm RFQs and coordinating handoffs with Sales, and preparing quotes, purchase orders, and communications for Operations. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales support, procurement, or contract renewals, be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused; familiarity with RFQ platforms is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position.
