Job Description
EWDTech is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to deliver professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will address customer inquiries and complaints, process orders, and maintain accurate interaction records in our CRM.
- Required: proven CSR experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, patience, and basic computer literacy.
